Classic Spas And Hot Tubs General Aches and Pains of Muscles and Joints
Dear Jim Fitzgerald, We are writing to tell you that we are very pleased with our Phoenix Premier Series Thermo Spa. Our spa is not only enjoyable, but we have also found it to be very therapeutic. Jim has a history of lower back pain and I have degeneration and impingement of the spine causing neck discomfort. Add these health aliments and our stressful jobs and we have GREAT TENSION at the end of the day. We have found the spa is just the ticket to relax and unwind. Since the purchase of the Thermo Spa, I have not had to use my neck traction and Jim finds the spas deep therapy seat to be great comfort for his lower back pain. When the spa was delivered and installed, the men delivering the spa were very knowledgeable of the spa and informative about the chemicals. They were prompt and efficient with the delivery. Shelbie Smith, the Aftermarket Manager, has been wonderful. No matter when we needed a question answered or what advice we needed to purchase our chemicals and spa accessories, Shelbie has come through for us. It gives us comfort to talk to the same person each time we call Classic Spas. Jim and I find our time in the spa is our reward for a hard day's work. Right from the the beginning, the serviceman came on time, my husband and kids were here to see the spa uncrated and set into place. When I got home from work, they were filling it with water. It was wonderful, he explained what chemicals he was using and when to put them in and what they did. He also gave us a booklet explaining everything he told us. This was good because we were so excited that we didn't grasp everything he said and we were able to read the booklet later when we could comprehend better. Recently my husband was in a auto accident and broke his back, he now uses the spa as therapy. The whirlpool jet gives him a relaxing message and the pulsator jet gives him a message on his back to keep the muscles from getting weak. We feel this will cut his recovery time in half. We got the spa at a perfect time in our lives we are both in our fourty's and hope to never feel any effects of getting any older. We are enjoying the spa and using it almost everyday. We have a few neighbors that have pools and I can't wait to watch them work to get ready for the winter, while we sit and enjoy our spa year round. With the thermospa Concord and all the fantastic features, this will keep us happy for years to come. We have never owned a hot tub before so the nordic was our first purchase. From the first time we stepped into the tub we loved it after a hard day in the garden and hay fields. It feels so good to get in and soak after a long day at work. My husband and I both have physical jobs, a lot of standing, walking, lifting and climbing, so we get our share of sore muscles. This spa has been wonderful for loosening those muscles and just plain relaxing. We get in just about every night. Our kids love it as much as we do. They are into soccer and with the new season to begin soon they are looking forward to some long soaks in one of the therapy seats. We each have our favorite seat with jets that seem to hit just the right spot. My favorite seat, has swirling jets for my shoulder blades and my lower back and best of all are the jets for my feet! This is our first time owning a spa and I was a little nervous about maintaing the waters chemical balance. But with the personal service we get from Classic Spa I had nothing to worry about. Our "personal helper" called a few days after we got our spa and answered all my questions. She gave me step by step instructions on how to correct a water chemistry problem. She even went through all the chemicals and how and why they are used so we would understand the whole process better. It's a big relief knowing there is help just a phone call away. We sure wouldn't have this kind of support if we bought our spa from a local home improvement store like we considered. We are very pleased with our spa and all the extra services we get through Classic Spas. We'd recommend you to all our family and friends!
