You Jim went above and beyond the call of duty to insure us the buyer of your top notch product and service. Your company should be proud of their products such as Therma Spa, and also having quality sales staff. When we contacted your company, I Judy was desperate to find some refief for my condition Fibromyalgia. Some of the symptoms are flu like pain and poor sleeping ability. Since using the Thermo Spa, I have had much more relief than I could ever have imagined., plus I am able to sleep much better. I have Fibromyalgia, pain in the muscles and the fibrous connective tissues that has become chronic over the years. My rheumatologist had suggested many treatments for the relief of the pain, one suggestion was a hot bath four times a day. While I was visiting my brother, he suggested that I try his spa and I did. Amazingly, I did get some relief from the pain in the spa. Upon returning home I saw the TV commercial for Classic Spas and I called for the video. I then met with sales representative, Jim Fitzgerald. Jim was like family, he explained everything and helped me to decide just what I needed. The spa was ordered! The spa arrived and Bart & Daryl set it up. They too were very helpful in explaining the usage of the spa and the chemicals, etc. Now I deal with Pam. She had been very helpful also, answering my questions and making sure everything is fine. I am very happy with my Paradise Spa. It does help my Fibromyalgia and makes me feel good all over.
