My wife is very ill and the hot water therapy that the spa offers has been extremely beneficial for her in that it not only relaxes and relieves her tension and stress, but is a source of enjoyment for the both of us. We are extremely pleased with the presentation given by all the representatives of Classic Spa and Hot Tubs, Inc., from the initial presentation to the actual delivery and set up of the spa. I must say you were right.....I am getting more enjoyment out of my spa then I would new windows. I learned more in one evening than I did in years looking for a spa. I am glad I waited until I meet your company. I have looked for years for the perfect spa....and I now can say I have found it. Your spa is outstanding! I feel instant relief the moment I sit down in the "Captains Chair". Between the warmth in the water, and when you turn the jets on, there is no better feeling. At once, I begin feeling the stress leaving my body and most of all the aches and pains seem to disappear. The relief of pain is most important to me since I do have arthritis, carpel tunnel, bursitis and back problems. To help relieve the pain, I have had a shot for the carpel tunnel and several shots in my back. However, sitting in the spa each night gives me great relief...especially on my back. I am hoping that over a long period of time, I will not need another shot, or worse, a back operation. There is no better way to explain to someone how much relief of stress and aches and pains other than invite someone to sit in the spa and try it out for themselves. Indeed, I did just that. I have had several friends over for an evening of relaxation. So far, everyone agress with me. I also tell my friends the service is excellent. I have called several times with questions, and each time a representative stayed on the line and talked me through my problem; no matter how simple it seemed. My representative calls me to make sure that my spa is running ok, that I am using the chemicals properly and to remind that I made need to order supplies. Overall, the whole package that Classic Spas & Hot Tubs, Inc. has to offer is a "perfect 10".
