We just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how happy we are with our new Spa. We have had it a little over a month now, and couldn't be happier. When we received our information pack from you originally, we had picked out the Park Avenue model above all others. And then, after talking with a sales representative at our home, the features of this model thoroughly convinced us. Since the delivery of our spa, we have been in it almost every day. The different therapeutic jets an the various seats are a very pleasant end to a hectic day. Jennifer and I like to sit in the spa as the sun is going down, and reflect on the day's events. It gives us some nice quiet, relaxing time together. Jennifer's two teenage sons also spend some of their time in the hot tub too.

We had called a couple times with questions about the spa, and everyone in customer services was very helpful. They seem to really know key information to answer our questions. I also like the fact, that every customer is assigned their own customer service rep. It's nice to know that we can build a relationship with one individual, and that notes are documented about each account and any pertinent information about our spa.

I'm just writing to let you know how much I love my hot tub! The 1st night I used it, I tried all 5 seats or stations as I call them each one is so different! They all seem to do different things. I kept moaning from enjoyment at each station. I'm sure my neighbors wondered what was going on!

I've only had the opportunity to have 4 separate guests at different times, but each time they've been in awe of all the jets and what they do. Power 1 seems to be #1 on everyones list except for my grandchildren, and they liked the bubbles the best.

I've had chronic neck pain and stiffness for a long time and had been going to a chiropractor. Since using the hot tub, my neck has improved considerably and I'm no longer going to the chiropractor. I use my tub about 5 days a week most of the time.

I must tell you that the installation went very smoothly, and mine was somewhat of a problem, but it was handled with ease. One entire section of my lanai screen had to be removed plus two plants in order to get the hot tub into the lanai. This included having to saw the middle bar and then replacing everything when done. I've enclosed several pictures of the installation. I forgot the gentleman's name who did the install, but he is a master of his job and quite a sales promoter for your hot tubs.

I've also enclosed the prescription from my chiropractor.

Dear Classic Spas & Hot Tubs, Inc.

We first saw an advertisement on television several years ago for a Classic Spa. At the time, we had our son in college and could not afford to buy a spa.

My husband worked in the coal mines and had 3 separate accidents which resulted in 3 back surgeries. He was been in constant pain for many, many years. I am a secretary in a very busy elementary school office; I too, have health problems due to osteoarthritis. My husband, his doctor, and I have determined we needed some type of water therapy for our failing bodies, and that we could no longer afford NOT to have a spa, and decided to get one from your company. We have to travel miles to get to a heated pool; we really needed something closer to home.

We got the spa almost two weeks ago, and I cannot tell you enough that the relief we've achieved is remarkable! Due to the pain from the mine accidents, my husband has not slept through the night for quite a few years. After using the spa for the very first time, he actually slept straight through the night and couldn't believe the relief he felt due to the therapeutic effect of the spa! Every time I have used the spa, I, too, feel so much better.

We called your company several times for information about the electrical requirements (God bless you, Warren!); we called about the size of the spa only to learn that it would not fit in the room we had planned, and we worked it out to trade the original order for a smaller one; we called with other questions. Every single person with whom we have dealt with from your company, including secretaries, delivery personnel, electrical personnel, salesman, etc., every single person was fabulous! We would recommend your company to everyone, and we already have! Thank you very much!

Dear Classic Spas:

Just a short note to let you all know how very much we are enjoying our hot tub. We purchased the Concord Deluxe model.

It is extremely comfortable and so relaxing you hate to get out once you're in it. Ed has arthritis in his lower back and hips, and I injured my back years ago, and we are both noticing an increased comfort level with the use of the tub. And it is just plain lovely watching the stars in the evening. So peaceful!

We would definitely recommend one of these hot tubs and Classic Spa to anyone. We love it!

Dear Future Customer,

Often you hear from other customers about how great and relaxing their new hot tub is. I agree. But since you have heard about those benefits numerous times, I thought I'd tell you about what will happen if you buy a hot tub from Classic Spas.

To begin with they will estimate your date of delivery, and they are right on track. The technicians that deliver your hot tub are courteous and professional. During installation I was keenly aware of their workmanship. To their credit, not a single piece of discarded material was, left lying around. Even the 3/8 inch piece of wire was picked up and taken away. When they leave you will not have a mess to clean up, only a new "toy" to enjoy.

If something is not right and you need to call for service, don't hesitate to call them. They are happy that you did and they talk you through a possible fix. If you cannot resolve the issue over the telephone they schedule an appointment. Don't be surprised if you get a telephone call the night of the appointment to see how it went. Classic Spas and Hot Tubs strive to provide you with the best customer service available anywhere.

If you are to the point in your decision where all things are equal, consider the service. You won't get better service anywhere than you will receive from Classic Spas. Enjoy your purchase!
